![]() She moved to Georgia in March of 2021 to live with her granddaughter when her health started to decline. Her activities were singing in the senior choir, arts and crafts, traveling, and The Red Hat Society. She was a devoted Christian and devoted member of New Light Missionary Baptist Church, served on the missionary board, and mother of the church who loved her church family and friends. Ms.Polly as most called her was the matriarch of her family she was a strong woman with strong faith who cared for and loved her family. God-grandaughter Antionette (Dee) EManuel and god-grandson Harold Nettles are both of Greensboro, NC.Great-grandchildren Jenay 22, Markel 20, Mason 17, Jasmine 13, and a host of nieces and nephews. Wright is survived by her daughter Shirley Johnson who lives in Austell, Ga, her three grandchildren Shawn Johnson, Greensboro, NC, Shirl, Billy Slade, Greensboro, NC, and Jennifer, Shon Cotton, Lithia Springs, GA. She is predeceased by her parents John Henry Pinnix and Hallie Henry her husband Harry Wright, sisters Mrs. Pauline was the youngest and last surviving sibling of four. ![]() and after graduating went on to work at Guilford Mills Textiles until she retired in 1992. Pauline Pinnix Wright was born Ossie (Pauline) Pinnix on October 09, 1927, in Caswell County, NC. Pauline Pinnix Wright 94 of Greensboro, NC passed away Friday, November 12 at home in Austell, GA where she lived while in the care of her daughter Shirley and granddaughter Jennifer they were both by her side. ![]()
